How Does Exomind® Work?
EXOMIND® uses advanced Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) technology to deliver gentle magnetic pulses to the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC) - an area towards the front of the brain that plays an important role in mood, focus, motivation and decision-making.
During treatment, a comfortable treatment applicator is positioned against the left side of your head, where it delivers precisely controlled magnetic pulses through the scalp.
These magnetic pulses stimulate the targeted brain cells and encourage neuroplasticity - the brain's natural ability to adapt by forming new neural connections and strengthening existing ones.

What to Expect During Your Exomind® Treatment
1. CONSULTATION & ASSESSMENT
Your practitioner will take the time to understand your concerns, discuss your goals and determine whether EXOMIND® is the right treatment for you. A personalised treatment plan will then be created based on your individual needs.
2. TREATMENT PREPARATION
You'll be seated comfortably in a reclining treatment chair while the EXOMIND® applicator is positioned against the left side of your head. No anaesthetic, medication or special preparation is required.
3. GENTLE BRAIN STIMULATION
During your session, the device delivers gentle magnetic pulses to targeted areas of the brain associated with mood, focus and motivation. Most patients describe the sensation as a light tapping on the scalp while they simply relax.
4. COURSE OF TREATMENT
EXOMIND® is typically performed as a course of treatments to achieve the best results. Your practitioner will recommend the number and frequency of sessions based on your individual goals. We normally advise six sessions as a minimum.
5. RETURN TO YOUR DAY
There is no downtime following treatment, so you can return to your normal daily activities immediately after your appointment. Your practitioner will review your progress throughout your treatment plan and advise on any follow-up sessions if appropriate.
