Kellie has over 30 years of experience in the beauty, wellness, longevity and medical aesthetics industries and is the Clinic Director of both Hogarth Medispa and The Door W4. Having played a key role in establishing The Door W4, she oversees clinic operations, practitioner relationships and treatment standards across both locations. Kellie also provides personalised consultations, helping patients navigate their treatment options and connect with the most suitable practitioners for their goals.

Practice Manager

Rebecca has over 14 years of experience in customer service and has worked alongside Kellie for many years across both Hogarth Medispa and The Door W4. As part of the original team that helped establish The Door W4, she played an important role in shaping the welcoming, patient-focused environment the clinic is known for today. Rebecca supports the day-to-day running of the clinic, client journey management and patient liaison, ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience from their first enquiry onwards.

Front of House & Reception Supervisor

Grace is the Front of House & Reception Supervisor at The Door W4 and plays a key role in creating the warm and welcoming experience the clinic is known for. As one of the first points of contact for clients, she ensures every visitor feels supported throughout their journey. With a passion for customer service and exceptional attention to detail, Grace oversees the day-to-day running of reception while supporting both clients and the wider clinical team.

Corina has over 4 years' experience in the beauty industry and specialises in Advanced Laser & The Coolsculpting® procedure. Corina is passionate about delivering great results and ensuring maximum safety and comfort with her clients.

Dr Ghazala Aziz-Scott is the Clinical Lead Doctor for the Marion Gluck Clinic and provides expertise in integrative women's health, bioidentical hormone balancing and Functional Medicine. Ghazala uses the functional approach to treat a range of hormonal conditions such as perimenopause, menopause, PCOS, endometriosis, PMS/PMDD, adrenal fatigue and andropause.

With a background in Mental Health Nursing, she brings a compassionate, professional and patient-focused approach to her role. Hallie particularly enjoys assisting practitioners during treatments and working within the theatre environment, where her attention to detail and commitment to patient care make her a valued member of the team.

Grace is a Dental Nurse who provides clinical support across a range of dental treatments at The Door W4. Working closely alongside Dr Julia Coelho, she assists with consultations, restorative and cosmetic dental procedures, and patient aftercare. With a calm and reassuring approach, Grace is dedicated to helping patients feel comfortable throughout their treatment journey while supporting the highest standards of patient care and safety.
