Personal Profile

During 9 years of postgraduate training and education, Dr. Jenkins has delved into various surgical and medical specialties, including noteworthy rotations in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, General Surgery, and Otolaryngology (ENT).

As a female GP (RCGP AiT), she became aware of the significant gaps within women’s health. Daily encounters with patients revealed many were suffering silently with issues related to hormonal imbalance, pelvic pain, urinary issues, sexual dysfunction, and vulvo-vaginal problems. Dr. Jenkins also personally experienced misunderstood menopausal symptoms, so pursued solutions for both herself and her clients, where she found internationally recognised treatments not yet widely accepted by the NHS.

Dr. Jenkins was personally mentored by Dr. Vivek Nama, a Gynaecological Practitioner here at The Door W4, in the use of Radiofrequency (RF) and micro-needling technology and they are now both collaborating together here at The Door W4 to offer internationally recognised treatments and enhance women’s pelvic health.

Rosie's Untreated Childbirth Injury

In 2013, a challenging childbirth left Rosie with a torn labia minora which went untreated after delivery. What followed was a journey marked by pain, dismissals, and a significant impact on her confidence. Dr. Sarah Jenkins was recommended to her by a friend, so Rosie booked a consultation with Dr. Jenkins and they agreed on a treatment to try: Aviva.
