Navigating Symptoms of Childbirth & Premature Ovarian Insufficiency

Meet Natalie, a 44-year-old mother of four. Natalie struggled navigating intimate health challenges stemming from childbirth and premature ovarian insufficiency - something that greatly impacted her confidence.
"Childbirth and my experience of premature ovarian insufficiency at the age of 39 triggered vaginal symptoms such as dryness, itching, soreness during sex, decreased lubrication," Natalie shares, shedding light on the challenges that began to appear in her late thirties.

She also coped with bladder urgency, which left her having to meticulously plan toilet stops when outside of her house and demanded multiple trips to the toilet at night, disrupting her sleep. “If I did hold on I would have pains in my stomach. The flow of urine would be very slow despite having such urgency” shared Natalie.
