Agejet is the new non-surgical and non-invasive skin rejuvenation treatment that improves on the traditional advanced laser skin facial. Rather than removing the top layer of skin using heat or using micro-needling techniques, it uses nitrogen-based plasma to cause thermal injury to a slightly deeper level of the skin, destroying the older skin cells whilst leaving the top layer of skin intact. There is no needles and minimal downtime, which we know is so important when you have a busy life!
AgeJet differs from similar plasma facials available because it uses the most advanced plasma technology that currently exists. At The Door W4, we’ve found that the biggest difference between AgeJet and other plasma facials is that you can heat the skin with much more energy whilst causing less damage. Safety is the most important thing for us at The Door W4 when we recommend a treatment to our patients, and it’s a real benefit to be able to offer a treatment that causes less trauma and downtime to the skin while maintaining amazing, long-lasting results.
Without the risk of complications related to what’s called ablative damage (which is caused when using traditional lasers), we can treat very sensitive areas safely, such as loose skin and fine lines around the eyes. AgeJet can treat a number of different skin indications including:
