We use only the highest spec, ultra-modern equipment to aid us in our procedures. A lot of treatments and scans that would usually have to be outsourced can be done here. Same day, same location, all under one roof.

Intra-Oral Camera
- Dr. Julia can take a picture of each individual tooth
Airflow / Air Abrasion / Air Polishing
- Less invasive than ultrasonic scaler
- Airflow removes staining from teeth
- A gentle way to prevent gum disease
Ultrasonic Scaler
- Gets rid of calcified material on teeth
- Works alongside Airflow
Intra-Oral Scanner
- This scanner copies the patients teeth in 3D
- Replaces conventional moulds, with greater accuracy and less patient discomfort
- Scanning patients teeth creates a 'forever' record
- Traditional practices have moulds stored, which degrade over time and don't give detailed information

Radiographs and Imaging
We are immensely proud of our imaging, scanning and X-Ray facilities here at The Door W4. Radiographs and imaging are such a vital part of so many of the treatments that we offer here, and we use the highest-spec machines and tools for quick diagnosis and detailed records.
Types of Scans and Imaging:
Digital Intra-Oral Radiographs
- Large screen which offers more detail and better documentation
- Less radiation exposure, 70% less than analogue film
- Immediate viewing (no waiting time)
- Improved diagnostics (accuracy and precision)
Digital Radiographs – CBCT Scan
- 3D image of teeth, soft tissue, nerve pathways and bone Precise and clear data and imagery. We can track where the nerves are and see where’s safe to work on
- Less radiation to the patient
- Better diagnostics and treatment plan
- 3D imagery always before wisdom tooth extraction to avoid nerve damage
- Used for planning for implants. Shows us how much bone is available.
- Can see jaw fractures – might be linked to tooth pain
- We are one of the 10% of practices in the UK that have this scanner
Digital Intra-Oral Camera
- Can show detailed imagery – cracks
- We can keep detailed records of patients teeth.
Digital Scanner – 3 Shape Trios
- Replacing impressions in the mouth - no issues with gag reflex
- Predictions for orthodontics – before and afters – where the teeth will move to
- Predictions for veneers – choose shape, size, colour just from the photo
- Predictions for deterioration (tooth decay risk)

Location
We're incredibly easy to get to. Visit us in leafy Chiswick, moments from vibrant Chiswick High Road. Close to Heathrow Airport and just off the M4, we are outside the congestion charging zone and very easy to access from out of London. With ample parking on site, you can have someone take you home straight from your treatment.
