This women's focused health check covers both physical and mental health in conjunction with an in-depth look at female issues, whatever your stage of life.
Consultation and written report

Includes:
- Mapping of family medical history and how this would affect your health
- Advice on contraception, HRT, preserving or enhancing fertility
- Blood tests for female hormones, egg reserve, menopause profile, and lactation hormone
- If needed - a breast and pelvic examination, female cancers risk assessment plus family history
- BRACA Gene screening and a general vaccinations review: including the HPV vaccine for those suitable
- Detailed written report with recommendations

The CityGirl® Health Screening by Dr Houda Ounnas is the first of its kind. This specialised assessment is followed up with a full report summarising all findings with clear recommendations on how to resolve issues, improve health and move forward.

Breast Cancer Awareness
Dr Houda Ounnas says "all women should learn how to examine their breasts!"Dr Houda outlines why it is so important for women to examine their breasts and especially - when!
This should be done on the same day every month at a certain time in your menstrual cycle. Dr Houda offers an array of Women's Health checks and assessments for overall wellbeing.
