Coolsculpting is an FDA approved, non-surgical fat freezing treatment that permanently destroys fat cells for safe and effective fat reduction. At The Door W4, we have the most advanced Coolsculpting ELITE technology, which means faster, better results with added comfort.
Coolsculpting is a great treatment option for targeting stubborn pockets of fat that won’t shift. The treatment utilises a process called cryolipolysis, also known as fat freezing. Targeted areas of fat are frozen using comfortable applicators. The frozen fat cells die and are then taken up into the lymphatic system where they are removed by the body. The treatment is FDA approved making it a safe non-surgical option for targeted fat reduction, with dramatic results being seen in just under 2 months time.
If you want to tighten the skin and remove a small amount of surface fat at the same time Morpheus8 body is a great option. Gold plated needles are inserted into the skin and heat energy in the form of radio-frequency is delivered at the same time. The micro injury from the needling causes the bodies wound healing system to produce collagen and elastin and the energy released in the form of radio-frequency helps to restructure the collagen and elastin and melt surface layers of fat. The overall effect of this is tighter, smoother skin with a reduction in pockets of surface level fat. This works particularly well around the belly button area, a common area for loose skin.

Often used in conjunction with liposuction, the procedure involves inserting a probe under the skin to release bipolar radio frequency and target specific areas of concern. This treatment is only performed by our experienced doctors, using their specialist knowledge and understanding of the anatomy and functioning of the skin they can produce precise and controlled results. The radio-frequency triggers the remodelling of collagen and elastin resulting in a tightening effect on the skin. Heat from the radio frequency destroys localised fat cells, helping to reduce fat in areas of concern. The treatment is performed under local anaesthetic and you can expect results to start to show after 6 weeks.
InMode’s Tone is a great option to target the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles for effective strengthening. The treatment utilises electro-muscle stimulation (EMS) to keep the abdominal muscles in an optimised state of contraction that isn’t possible with traditional exercise. It feels similar to doing abdominal crunches at the gym and is a great addition to any fat reduction treatment to target the muscles and maintain results.
